Our Child Care and Preschool programs in West Saint Paul, MN provide a safe, learning environment for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years.

Tiny Tots and Little Tykes Preschool and Child Care Center is licensed and accredited, non-sectarian, non-profit, tax-exempt and open to the public. Our program is licensed by the State of Minnesota through the Department of Human Services. We are licensed for 148 children, including 12 infants, 40 toddlers, 70 preschoolers, and 26 school age children. Within the structure of this licensure, the preschool program is set up for 40 students aged three to five years. The preschool program operates differently than the child care center.

We are accredited through the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA)  to ensure we can offer the highest quality care. As a NECPA accredited program, we have maintained our place among a select group of early childhood education centers nationally distinguished by our quality, commitment to young children, and dedication to excellence.

We hold a 4-Star (the highest) Parent Aware Rating. Fact: Children in care settings with Parent Aware Ratings showed significant gains in kindergarten readiness measures, such as vocabulary, phonics, print knowledge and social skills.
